About The Role

The club is searching for a part-time gaming attendant. This position requires strong customer service skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ensure patrons' comfort at a premium standard.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing high-level customer service ensuring patrons' comfort at a premium standard
  • Wait service, including delivery of beverages to patrons within the gaming rooms
  • Completion of payout dockets and fixing minor gaming machine faults
  • Maintaining the highest level of cleanliness within the gaming rooms at all times
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Current RSA and RCG qualifications; ARCG is preferred but not essential
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good working knowledge of WH&S principles and the ability to be on your feet for up to 10 hours
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, particularly late shifts as we trade until 4am and 6am
