
Workplace Matters Manager

- Manage a portfolio of workplace matters across multiple business units.">
- Lead and manage enterprise bargaining negotiations.">
- Support the ER/IR function in strategic bargaining through benchmarking, trend assessment, and comparative analysis.">
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders on workplace matters.">
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment legislation and industrial instruments.">
- Assist with workplace investigations and review reports and outcome letters.">
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with team members and leaders, and case management activities.">
- Act as an escalation point for complex cases and manage all workplace litigation within your portfolio.">
- Provide regular updates and briefings on changes in employment law.">
- Stay up-to-date with human resource and industrial relations frameworks, legislation, policy, and practice.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">- ">
- Tertiary qualifications in Law (highly desirable).">
- Previous experience in a similar role providing ER and IR advice to team members and leaders.">
- Strong knowledge and experience interpreting industrial instruments, HR policies, and legislation.">
- Excellent analytical skills, with good ability to work with Excel spreadsheets and data.">
- Great time management and prioritization skills.">
- Experience in a blue-collar workforce will be viewed favorably.">
