Job Description

As a Group Director of Ethics and Compliance, you will lead the development and implementation of our company's ethics and compliance strategy. This role is critical in promoting a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct across the organization.

  • Develop and execute an industry-leading ethics and compliance strategy that aligns with our company values.
  • Foster a culture of integrity, accountability, and ethical conduct throughout the organization.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on ethics and compliance matters.
  • Identify and mitigate E&C related risks to the organization.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders. You will have significant experience in ethics and compliance, preferably in a global environment. Your expertise will enable you to develop effective strategies to manage risks and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

In addition to your technical skills, you must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior leaders and other stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential in this role, as well as the ability to think critically and strategically.
