Job Title: Aboriginal Child and Family Service Manager

**Overview**

The Aboriginal Child and Family Service supports vulnerable families in South West Sydney with a model of care that includes antenatal, sustained home visiting, allied health and paediatric specialist components embedded in a cultural framework and strong clinical governance.

As the service manager, you will lead this dynamic service and its multidisciplinary team to establish partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support access to health services for Aboriginal families in South West Sydney.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead a large multidisciplinary team of Aboriginal Health Workers, Child and Family Nurses and Allied Health professionals.
  • Establish partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to support access to health services for Aboriginal families.
  • Embed culture in practice and manage multidisciplinary teams that support clients with vulnerabilities.

**Requirements:**

  • Post graduate qualifications in health or social science areas or relevant work experience.
  • A commitment to embedding culture in practice and experience managing multidisciplinary teams that support clients with vulnerabilities.
  • Ability to lead a large multidisciplinary team and establish partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
