Senior Client Service Executive

Compass Offices is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Client Service Executive to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our tenants and guests.

Based at the front desk of one of our modern and stylish centres, you will be the face of Compass and work in a dynamic team environment. Our centres operate during business hours, making this a unique opportunity for those who prefer a regular schedule.

You will receive industry-leading training to ensure you have the skills you need to succeed in this role and develop your career with us.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient service delivery and outstanding levels of client satisfaction.
  • Handle a variety of tasks, including answering client calls, managing meeting room bookings, greeting clients and visitors, and maintaining centre facilities and equipment.
  • Assist with billing and booking system operations, ensuring accuracy and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of alertness and professionalism, anticipating and responding to guests and clients' needs and queries.
  • Assist in project coordination, procurement, and revenue generation.
  • Liaise with building management and lead the Front Office team independently.
  • Coach and oversee Client Service Executives' work.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service and administration is highly valued.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Open-minded, willing to learn, and a good team player with a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Resourceful, proactive, well-organized, and able to multitask.
  • Good command of both written and spoken communication in English and local language.
