ArcTree, a leading provider of fire and electrical safety protection systems, is seeking a highly motivated Service Operations Manager to join their senior level team.
About the Role
This newly created role supports the CEO in growing the business into Fire Safety and Protection Services. Based in Yatala, you will be at the forefront of operations, driving efficiencies and results. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the delivery of products and services are on time for inspections, testing, and services of essential fire and electrical safety measures.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage operations in accordance with site requirements, leading client contract meetings
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients as their primary point of contact for all fire safety needs
- Job management and allocation, including services, installations, and repair data via the CRM
- Manage service contracts efficiently, overseeing contract KPIs to ensure service delivery meets expectations and resolving disputes promptly
- Lead, mentor, train, and supervise your team, ensuring consistency of processes and procedures
- Take accountability for the overall leadership, budget, safety, and performance of your team
About You
We are looking for a sales-focused individual to drive this business forward. To be successful in this role, you will bring the following skills and attributes:
- Experience in managing a service team with knowledge and understanding of Fire Protection Systems and maintenance practices
- Essential licenses: Fire Occupational License, Electrical License, Work at Heights, Working with Children, General Safety Induction, Driver's License
- Strong people management skills/ability to manage and lead a team
- Experience with monthly forecasting and reporting
- Ability to manage targets for sales and profit
- Knowledge across relevant building codes and Australian Standards
Salary and Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a generous salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, superannuation, company car, and bonus. This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow the business and your salary.
