We are seeking a skilled Sales Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on pet wellness products and building relationships with customers.

Job Description

The Casual Sales Assistant will play a key role in helping pet parents make informed decisions about their pets' health, nutrition, and wellness. You will be the go-to person for customers looking for advice on pet care and wellness products.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide knowledgeable and caring advice on pet wellness products
  • Build strong relationships with customers, offering warm and genuine service
  • Keep the store organized and shelves well-stocked (some heavy lifting required)
  • Assist with sales, returns, and large purchases
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A natural love for animals and people
  • Passion for customer service
  • Friendly, patient, and eager to help
  • Team player
  • Previous experience in retail or other customer service role is desirable
  • Organized and detail-oriented
