Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Educator to join our team at one of our Bundaberg-based centres. As a Lead Educator, you will play a key role in shaping the educational program and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children and promote their learning and development;
  • Lead and manage a team of educators to ensure the delivery of high-quality services;
  • Collaborate with centre leaders and other professionals to achieve centre goals and objectives;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required;
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • A recognised Diploma or Certificate III qualification in Children's Services;
  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar role;
  • Ability to lead and manage a team;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with centre leaders and other professionals.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is between $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
