Osmoflo seeks a Technical Learning Specialist to join our team. This pivotal role will design, deliver, and continuously improve technical training programs, building capability within our workforce and supporting the safe, effective, and efficient operation of water treatment plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver in-house technical training programs on water treatment plants and processes.
  • Conduct on-the-job training and coaching for employees and clients.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify training needs, create tailored programs, and maintain accurate training records.
  • Ensure all training content reflects the latest plant technologies, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Measure training effectiveness through KPIs and feedback, driving continuous improvement.
About YouQualifications & Experience
  • A Train the Trainer certification is required.
  • A strong background in technical training delivery, preferably in water treatment or wastewater treatment.
  • Knowledge of desalination, industrial water treatment, and membrane technology.
  • Hands-on experience with the operation and maintenance of water treatment plants.
  • The ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
