We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Senior Executive Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team at Head Office St Kilda Rd.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced recruiter to lead our executive recruitment efforts, leveraging their expertise in strategically sourcing and engaging senior candidates across the healthcare, aged care, and disability sectors.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement targeted recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber talent for mission-critical senior roles within our organization.
  • Utilize deep industry knowledge and professional networks to identify and engage top talent, ensuring seamless end-to-end recruitment experiences for stakeholders.
  • BUILD strong relationships with hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and OD teams to inform and influence 'go-to-market' approaches and advise on optimal sourcing and attraction methods.
  • Leverage key market insights to inform conversations and provide actionable advice on talent acquisition best practices.
  • Maintain awareness of current and future staffing requirements, proactively building talent pools for key agreed senior mission-critical roles.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A proven track record of recruiting senior executive roles within the healthcare, aged care, or disability space.
  • Exceptional skills in strategically sourcing and engaging senior candidates, with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build candidate talent pipelines and develop targeted engagement methods for managing talent pipelines.
  • Provision of informative market insights that influence stakeholders and contribute towards future recruitment and selection decisions, including guidance on appropriate attraction and 'go-to-market' measures.
  • Strong professional network outside of the organization within the healthcare, aged care, or disability space.
