Job Description

The Quality Improvement Leader plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by executing quality initiatives and resolving issues promptly. This involves running robust problem-solving programs, aligning with global or regional quality strategies, and adhering to relevant processes and tools.

  • Develop and implement strategic actions to enhance quality across the entire value chain.
  • Manage quality processes, drive certification activities, and conduct internal or external audits to maintain quality management systems.
  • Establish process performance indicators, ensure effective internal controls, and analyze process indicators continuously.
  • Cultivate a continuous improvement culture, including governance structures for prioritizing and executing improvement ideas.
  • Leverage Lean principles, Six Sigma tools, and continuous improvement methodologies across departments.
  • Facilitate collaborative problem-solving activities, such as Kaizen events, value stream mapping, and root cause analysis.
  • Monitor progress and impact of improvement initiatives and assess cost-out results.
  • Address high-profile non-conformities reported, monitor and control customer interventions triggered by dissatisfaction.
  • Protect and strengthen customer trust by effectively addressing quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Act as an advocate for the customer, ensuring the Voice of Customer is represented within the local quality strategy.
  • Promote the company's commitment to quality, safety, and integrity, taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for colleagues and the business.

Required Skills:

  • Hold a degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Lean 6Sigma, Green Belt or above (QLT.02.QCI).
  • Quality core tools experience, expert in: 8D, Ishikawa, 5W, A3, TQM, PDCA.
  • ISO certification and Auditing, Quality Management Systems, Performance Management and Analytics, Project & Site Quality Management.
  • Demonstrate advanced English proficiency.
