A successful Operations Manager is needed to oversee and manage daily operations, job scheduling, and workflow for a growing leader in premium tiling and custom stone fabrication.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily operations, job scheduling, and workflow effectively
- Lead and support tiling and stone fabrication teams to achieve business goals
- Coordinate with clients, office staff, and the director to ensure seamless communication
- Assist with quoting and estimating new projects by providing accurate information and recommendations
- Step in on tools and on-site when necessary to support team members
- Ensure high safety, quality, and customer standards are maintained at all times
- Proven experience in operations or team leadership (construction/tiling/stone preferred)
- Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on, proactive approach with ability to work independently
- Trade background and driver's licence essential
