Implementation Specialist Job

This role focuses on onboard new clients and delivering structured training to ensure a smooth transition to our platform.

  • Train customers to adopt our products in their business operations.
  • Provide data & design services such as creating reports or output documents.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to provide training or data & design services to new or expansion clients.
  • Solve moderately challenging problems where analysis of situations or data requires reviewing various factors.
  • Maintain product knowledge, including staying updated with recent releases.
  • Leverage business acumen and industry insights to deliver effective outcomes for customers.
  • Contribute to customer outreach campaigns and facilitate feature-based workshops or group learning as required.
  • Deliver training sessions using online or face-to-face formats, potentially involving travel.
