We invite experienced Speech Pathologists who enjoy working in various settings, including clinics and communities, to join our team.

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide essential support to NDIS participants living in Campbelltown and surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting assessments using a strengths-based approach to inform goal setting and intervention planning.
  • Selecting a combination of standardized and non-standardized assessment tools to guide clinical decision-making.
  • Delivering speech therapy interventions in settings best suited to participants' goals, such as schools, homes, workplaces, or community spaces.
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Key Workers, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist.
  • A passion for working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • A commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
  • Experience delivering services under the NDIS framework.
