About the JobThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced support worker to take on a challenging yet rewarding role. You will work closely with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support that empowers individuals to live independently.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personal care and daily routines support to clients
- Facilitating community access and participation
- Administering medication and managing complex health needs
- Implementing behaviour support plans and using de-escalation techniques

About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or a related field (or equivalent)
- Minimum 6 months' experience in disability, aged care, mental health, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience working with complex physical and clinical needs, including medication administration
- Strong understanding of professional boundaries, restrictive practices, and behaviour support
