About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or a related field (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 6 months' experience in disability, aged care, mental health, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience working with complex physical and clinical needs, including medication administration
  • Strong understanding of professional boundaries, restrictive practices, and behaviour support
