Clinical Nurse Educator

Ramsay Health Care is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team as a Clinical Nurse Educator. This is an exciting opportunity to provide clinical and professional support to the Nurse Unit Manager, nursing staff, visiting students, and medical team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate educational activities within the Intensive Care Unit.
- Deliver training for all staff, including Registered Nurses, Novice ICU nurses, and New Graduate Registered Nurses.
- Provide clinical and professional support to the Nurse Unit Manager, nursing staff, visiting students, and medical team.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Intensive Care Nursing.
- Experience as a Team Leader.
- Proven presentation and teaching skills in individual, small, and large group settings.
- Knowledge of Quality/Continuous improvement processes and commitment to the achievement of excellence.
- Commitment and positive attitude towards learning and professional development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including advanced communication skills.
- Hold or working towards a Graduate Certificate or similar in Intensive Care Nursing.
