This is a unique opportunity for a Clinical RN with training/assessment qualifications to combine clinical training with coordinating onboarding for various teams. You will be supported by and report to the General Manager People & Culture, and your role will be crucial in maintaining our workforce's skills currency and meeting accreditation requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical training and education, with experience in a highly regulated industry. You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, assessing staff skills, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver training programs for clinical and other teams
- Assess staff skills and provide feedback and coaching
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and accreditation requirements
- Collaborate with the General Manager People & Culture to achieve organizational goals
- Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current registration
- Experience in a highly regulated industry
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in resident programs
- Current driver's license
- NDIS clearance or willingness to obtain and current AHPRA registration
