About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Educator to join our team at Unite Healthcare. As a Clinical Nurse Educator, you will play a critical role in coordinating and delivering education for clinical and other teams within our organization.

This is a unique opportunity for a Clinical RN with training/assessment qualifications to combine clinical training with coordinating onboarding for various teams. You will be supported by and report to the General Manager People & Culture, and your role will be crucial in maintaining our workforce's skills currency and meeting accreditation requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical training and education, with experience in a highly regulated industry. You will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, assessing staff skills, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current registration
  • Experience in a highly regulated industry
