Financial Accountant/Bookkeeper Position

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper/Accountant to manage our accounts payable, receivable and payroll function. This is a part-time opportunity to work 3-4 days per week on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts receivable and payable
  • Payroll for several contracting and permanent staff
  • Financial reporting
  • Administration assistance
  • General office administration

Requirements:

  • MYOB expertise
  • Full payroll and AP/AR experience
  • Financial reporting for a publicly listed entity (ideal but not essential)
  • Office admin and general office management

We are looking for an individual with a 'can do' attitude to work within a relatively small team of high achievers. As a publicly listed company, we offer the opportunity to develop skills and knowledge in reporting requirements for public companies. This position will suit someone who is willing to keep the accounts accurately in order and provide administrative support to management and the team.

We offer a competitive hourly rate on a 3-4 day per week basis. A handover will be provided by the current incumbent.
