The Financial Accountant will collaborate closely with project managers and other departments to ensure that financial information is accurate and up-to-date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
  • Prepare and process invoices, bills, and payments.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and financial data.

Requirements

  • High school diploma required; degree in accounting or finance preferred.
  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
  • Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with different teams.
