Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Digital Content Creator to join our team.

This role involves creating digital assets, maintaining brand logos and livery, and supporting the delivery of engaging e-learning content for our Learning Management System (LMS).

The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, particularly in creating visually captivating digital assets. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite is essential, as well as strong visual design principles and creativity skills.

About the Role
  • Create digital assets, including graphics, illustrations, animations, and videos, to support e-learning initiatives.
  • Maintain brand consistency and adherence to brand standards and guidelines.
  • Edit and enhance existing digital assets to improve their effectiveness and visual appeal.
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Support the management and organisation of resources within the LMS platform.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably working with digital content creation in a corporate environment.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of visual design principles, including composition, colour theory, typography, and layout.
  • Excellent creativity and artistic skills to transform concepts into visually appealing digital assets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
