Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a vital member of our care team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Your responsibilities will include providing physical, emotional, and social support to our residents, as well as collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents and colleagues
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve quality patient outcomes
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet individual resident needs
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with best practices in aged care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor of Nursing degree
  • AHPRA Registration with no restrictions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Compassion, empathy, and understanding when interacting with residents and their families
