Job Description

Are you looking for a dynamic career that mirrors the fast-paced environment of our quarries?

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Quarry Materials Tester, on site at one of our impressive quarries. Every day will bring new challenges and opportunities, with no two days the same.

  • Perform aggregate field sampling in the quarry and conduct testing in the on-site laboratory
  • Carry out equipment calibrations, daily checks and routines to maintain laboratory NATA requirements
  • Work alongside internal stakeholders and provide technical support for their operations

This is a full-time permanent role, working 50-55 hours per week including occasional Saturday work when necessary.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous testing experience in aggregates (AS1289 & TMRQ methods)
  • Certificate III in Laboratory Techniques preferred, but not essential
  • Excellent Health and Safety behaviours
  • Strong IT, literacy and numeracy skills (written & verbal) with excellent attention to detail
