About The Role

As part of our research support services team, you will be working at the central office for managing all human research ethics conducted at Monash Health, a leading public health service employing over 18,000 people across various specialties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Policy and Procedure Development: Design and implement policies and procedures related to site-specific authorisation coordination;
  • Collaboration and Compliance: Work with researchers, administrators, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements;
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate records and databases to track site-specific authorisations and related documents;
  • Training and Support: Provide training and support to staff on site-specific authorisation procedures;
What We Are Looking For
  • Education and Experience: Undergraduate degree preferably in health science or relevant field;
  • Research Ethics and Governance: Demonstrated experience in research ethics and governance;
  • Australian Working Rights: Australian working rights;
