We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Controller to join our team at Myob Group Limited. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling accounts in accordance with our contracts' terms and conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Handle enquiries via the Zen Desk queue primarily, actioning client tickets, and fielding any unrelated queries to the relevant department
- Make proactive calls to resolve 60+ day debtors
- Handle any inbound inquiries from clients or internal partners
- Contribute to the achievement of team targets related to MYOB debtors
- Raise complex queries to Supervisor
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices, more specifically the administration of accounts
- Experience in a credit control/accounts receivable role
- Experience in an accounts / finance environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Proficient in the use and application of CRM systems / finance software packages
