Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Mechanical Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with expertise in designing and developing complex mechanical systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and assemblies using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
  • Create 3D models and detailed engineering drawings suitable for fabrication and installation.
  • Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to validate designs and ensure structural integrity.
  • Prepare and compile engineering documentation for certification and compliance with relevant standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, project managers, and drafters.
Key Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering (or equivalent).
  • 10+ years of relevant industry experience in mechanical design roles.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Inventor and/or SolidWorks.
  • Proven drafting experience creating manufacturing-ready models and drawings.
  • Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing methods, and mechanical systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to manage tasks independently in a remote setting.
