This role is a high-level technology professional responsible for leading technical aspects of project delivery, configuring applications and workflows, identifying customer use cases, and contributing innovation ideas for best practices, service offerings, and implementation methodology.

About the Role

We are looking for a senior expert who can work with customers to help them achieve their business outcomes by providing prescriptive guidance that accelerates their success. This role brings a deep understanding of infrastructure and operations management to the project team to influence the implementation of ServiceNow products.

You will lead technical aspects of project delivery, configure applications and workflows, identify customer use cases, and contribute innovation ideas for best practices, service offerings, and implementation methodology. You will also guide and mentor colleagues, customers, and delivery partners in configuration best practices for ITOM/ITAM/SPM and ITSM application suites.

To be successful in this role, you must have experience and certification in at least three of the following ServiceNow products:

  • ServiceNow Administration (Certified System Administrator)
  • IT Service Management (ITSM - Certified Implementation Specialist)
  • Hardware Asset Management (Hardware Asset Management – Certified Implementation Specialist)
  • Software Asset Management (Software Asset Management – Certified Implementation Specialist)
  • Discovery (Discovery – Certified Implementation Specialist)
  • Service Mapping (Service Mapping – Certified Implementation Specialist)
  • Event Management (Event Management – Certified Implementation Specialist)
  • Cloud Management (Cloud Provisioning and Governance – Certified Implementation Specialist)

Expertise in areas such as ITIL/CMDB implementations, in-depth knowledge of ITSM processes, software asset management processes, infrastructure knowledge, and automation experience are highly valued.
