What's the job?

As a visionary Technology Domain Owner, you'll drive end-to-end strategy, delivery and lifecycle of our Credit Cards technology stack. In this senior leadership position, you'll innovate, ensure secure and scalable solutions and empower seamless lending experiences for millions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • People Leadership - Build and lead a high-performing team aligned with our workforce strategy.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and results-driven outcomes.
  • Mentor and develop future technology leaders.

Technology Strategy & Delivery:

  • Define and maintain the Credit Cards technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead planning and execution of technical solutions focusing on quality and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with product owners and engineering teams to deliver seamless product journeys.

Architecture & Governance:

  • Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and modern engineering practices.
  • Uphold regulatory compliance, data privacy, and technology risk controls.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

  • Act as the primary technology interface for business, compliance, operations and risk stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and manage third-party solutions in line with CTO strategy.

Innovation & Collaboration:

  • Champion emerging technologies (AI, frameworks, patterns) to drive growth and efficiency.
  • Provide technical guidance and foster cross-domain collaboration (e.g., Testing, Payments, Data).
