Drive Operational Excellence as a Continuous Improvement Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity to join our global logistics leader and spearhead operational excellence and innovation across the Asia-Pacific region.

  • Pursue and lead Continuous Improvement initiatives, leveraging LEAN and Six Sigma frameworks for strategic growth.
  • Maintain high standards of operational performance by developing productivity strategies, reducing errors, and implementing labour/equipment management best practices.
  • Nurture a culture of Continuous Improvement through skill-building programs and mindset transformations.
  • Optimize operating costs and benefits through informed decision-making and innovative approaches.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless Operations Excellence implementation.
  • Lead complex CI projects from concept to delivery, guaranteeing measurable outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics operations management with P&L accountability.
  • Hands-on CI experience, preferably with LEAN and Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt).
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and priority management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in facilitating training, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and a willingness to travel as required.

You must have Australian Working Rights and be passionate about operational excellence and innovation. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of skills, knowledge, and experience that enables them to drive meaningful change and achieve exceptional results.
