Pro Bono Leadership Position

The successful candidate will lead our national Responsible Business Group, providing strategic vision, management and coordination. They will also supervise and support key team members.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the group, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide regular reports on the status of the group's program.
About You:
  • You are a legally qualified professional with at least 7 years of legal experience.
  • You possess excellent organisational and project management skills.
  • You have well-developed stakeholder relations skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen effectively.
  • You are self-motivated, flexible and confident in your abilities.
  • You have a positive attitude and the ability to contribute to a collaborative team environment.
