Regional Business and Agribusiness Graduate Program

This 4-month graduate program is designed to give you a foot in the door in a career in regional and agribusiness banking. You will undertake a rotational based program, learn and develop with opportunities aligned to building critical skills for a future in banking.

The program includes a 4-month rotation designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of regional business and agribusiness banking. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced business bankers, gain exposure to industry learning, and participate in ongoing skill development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Effective relationship management skills
  • Prior working experience in a service environment would be an advantage

Eligibility:

To be eligible to apply, you must have:

  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship or be an Australian Permanent Resident at the time of applying
  • Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree or be due to complete it by the commencement of the program
  • Be willing to relocate to a regional location for either the 4-month program or your first permanent role outside of the program
