Test Excellence Role

Elevate Agribusiness Performance through exceptional testing. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who can implement testing best practices and drive seamless execution across sprints.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test strategies to ensure smooth execution of daily testing activities, including sprint testing, defect triage, and regression testing.
  • Manage test data setup, environments, and dependencies for analysts and system integrators.
  • Create, execute, and optimize manual/automated test scripts while maintaining artefacts in Azure DevOps.
  • Support risk assessments, bug tracking, provide progress updates, and troubleshoot with analysts.
  • Provide guidance to analysts, foster a collaborative team culture, and embody company values.
  • Ensure timely sprint outputs, project artefacts, and accurate reporting of testing progress and results.

Requirements:

  • Experience in software testing, focusing on quality assurance.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to write test cases and execute test scripts.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
