About Us

Job Title: Houseperson - Housekeeping
  • This role requires a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to assist with various housekeeping tasks.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced hotel environment, preferably within the four or five-star segment. They should possess excellent organizational skills, be able to multi-task effectively, and demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills.

We are seeking an individual who can work independently with minimal supervision, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

This position involves assisting with guest requests, running errands, and supporting the Executive Housekeeper with daily operations. The successful candidate will be expected to complete task worksheets accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all guest corridors and floor pantries are consistently maintained to the highest standards.
  • Run deliveries and errands as requested by guests and the Housekeeping Management team.
  • Assist with public area cleaning throughout the day.
  • Greet guests and assist them with any special requests they may have.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous housekeeping experience within a hotel environment, preferably four or five-star hotel experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in the English language.
