About Customer Service and Administration Role
This is a dynamic and challenging role that offers the opportunity to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer experience, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and maintaining accurate records.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the business development function by following up on enquiries, providing detailed information about courses, and delivering exceptional customer experience to prospective and enrolled students.
Additionally, you will assist the course development, compliance team, and accounts team with various tasks, including reporting, managing supplier accounts, and entering invoices into Xero.
You will also maintain and update trainer and assessor profiles, assist with organizing course equipment, schedule workshops and meetings, and communicate regularly with trainers and the director.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent organizational and time management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
You should also be proficient in using various software systems, including MS Office, with experience in Xero desirable.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
