{"h1": "Financial Manager - Property Portfolio", "p": "We are seeking an experienced Financial Manager to join our Property Management Accounting team. As a key member of the team, you will provide financial and management reporting services to our clients, including preparing monthly reporting packs, accurately presenting financials, and managing outgoings reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare monthly reporting packs, including balance sheets, profit and loss analysis, and variance commentaries
* Accurately present monthly financials to clients
* Manage outgoings reconciliations, budgets, and wash-ups across the portfolio
* Liaise with and provide support and guidance to Property Managers and other internal stakeholders
* Effectively manage key internal and external relationships

Requirements:

* Demonstrated experience in a similar role
* Experience in a property and finance-related field, with experience relating directly to property financials highly advantageous
* Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA/CA or equivalent preferred
* Full understanding of accrual accounting; managing large property portfolios consisting of commercial, retail, or industrial sites
* Excellent communication skills and genuine commitment to customer service
* Strong knowledge of property accounting software, MRI advantageous, and advanced Excel skills
