The Role

As a Front Office Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in providing exceptional customer service.

  • You will be responsible for processing guest check-ins and check-outs, as well as using our booking system for reservations and account management.
  • Coordinating with Housekeeping to ensure accommodation readiness is essential for this role.
  • You will also provide guests with information about the property and local attractions, handle daily office administration, and maintain good relationships with park teams, residents, and guests.
What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a front office environment, preferably in hospitality.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and a positive attitude towards working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using RMS or similar reservation systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings is required.
  • A current driver's license is also necessary.
