Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner\
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences\
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to provide seamless customer experiences\
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and services to ensure customers receive accurate information\
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty\
  • Meet performance targets and adhere to quality standards\
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge\

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset\
  • Previous customer service experience an asset\
  • A valid driver's license may be required depending on the location\
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed\
  • Availability to work overtime during peak periods\
