About the role

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Representative / Storeperson to join our close-knit team in Midvale. This role is a permanent full-time position, offering a competitive salary within a fun and vibrant team

This position will be responsible for a variety of duties including:

  • Answering and responding to incoming calls and enquiries
  • Providing quotations and following through to order placement and successful on-time delivery to customers
  • Liaising with the broader business to best service our customers
  • Procuring product for customer orders
  • General administration duties
  • Relief stores work as required

Our ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude, a strong desire to succeed and great customer service skills.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have experience in customer service
  • Hold a current high risk forklift licence and have forklift operating experience
  • Have a high regard for safety
  • Be a positive team player with the willingness to work in a collaborative team environment
  • Be proactive and have excellent customer service skills
  • Be computer literate
  • Have overhead crane experience, desirable
