We are seeking an accomplished Certified Food Safety Professional to join our team in New South Wales, Australia.

About the Role:

This exciting opportunity involves delivering and developing comprehensive training programs for clients across various industries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for executing high-quality advisory services, ensuring seamless delivery of training and projects based on client needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop customized training courses tailored to meet specific client requirements.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance assessments to guarantee exceptional service delivery.
  • Support business development by identifying opportunities for growth and collaborating with colleagues to drive new initiatives.
  • Deliver impactful presentations, workshops, and training sessions via both virtual and face-to-face formats.
  • Promote additional or higher-value services to clients.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Nationally recognized qualification in training design, delivery, and evaluation.
  • Proven experience as a signed-off Authorized Trainer with a strong track record in innovative training design.
  • Lead Auditor registration with a recognized body.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel and spend time away from home when necessary.

Additional Requirements:

  • Demonstrated expertise in various training styles, techniques, and methods.
  • Evidence of training competency for both face-to-face and virtual training (Train the Trainer certificate).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant software tools.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this position is AU$80,000 - AU$100,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
