Painter of Steel Structures Job

Apply high-quality coatings to fabricated steel structures using airless spray systems, prepare surfaces for painting and mix paints according to technical data sheets.

A leader in Australian manufacturing and heavy engineering is seeking a skilled painter to work in Prestons, NSW. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in industrial spray painting, be skilled in airless spray pumps and able to read and follow job specifications.

  • Prepare steel structures for coating.
  • Mix and apply paints according to technical data sheets.
  • Use equipment safely and maintain a clean working environment.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in industrial spray painting.
  • Skilled in airless spray pumps (Graco or similar).
  • Ability to read and follow technical data sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Knowledge of WHS regulations.
