Maveon Steel has been providing high quality structural steel to Sydney for over 25 years. Based in **Kogarah**, we deal in a large variety of structural steel work.

**About the role**

We are looking for a motivated, experienced Structural Steeler Installer to join our team for site work across Sydney. Immediate start available for a negotiable fixed term contract or casual, with possible extension/conversion to full time.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Reading and interpreting shop drawings
- Hands-on installation of steel products: site set out, fixing, assembling, grouting etc
- Regular communication to the office and clients, including record keeping

**Skills and requirements**
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Structural steel background is essential
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience in installation & site work
- MIG / ARC welding skills
- Physically fit with no restrictions
- Manual drivers license with reliable transport
- Competently speak and write English
- Construction white card

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Certificate I - IV (preferred)

**Experience**:

- onsite installation of metal structures: 3 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- manual drivers license (required)
- construction white card (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
