About the Role

Structural Engineers play a vital role in designing and developing steel structures, hydraulic systems, pump stations, service reservoirs, and treatment facilities. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you'll lead end-to-end project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction phase support.

You will have opportunities to refine your technical expertise, engage directly with clients, and contribute to projects that shape the future of industrial and water infrastructure.

  • Proven experience in structural design within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively across disciplines and project teams.
  • A commitment to continuous learning and career progression, with aspirations to mentor junior engineers over time.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead structural designs for steel structures and hydraulic systems.
  • Manage end-to-end project delivery, including design, documentation, and construction phase support.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Chartered Professional Engineer status (or near completion).
  • Proven experience in general industrial steel structures (knowledge of concrete design beneficial).
