The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Contract Specialist with strong conveyancing or legal background to lead the contract services team and manage resident transitions effectively.

  • Lead and mentor Contract Specialists ensuring high-quality contract execution and professional development.
  • Manage the legal, financial, and administrative requirements for residents entering and leaving our villages.
  • Review and prepare settlements, exit entitlements, and legal documentation to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently to maintain workflow efficiency and productivity.

What You'll Bring

  • A background in conveyancing, law, or legal administration is essential for this role.
  • Experience using PEXA and DocuSign for digital contract processing is highly valued.
  • Proven people management skills and ability to prioritize tasks will be crucial in this position.
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills to manage complex contract processes are necessary.
