Australian Sales Director

We are seeking an accomplished sales leader to spearhead our Australian operations and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a strong network of contacts in the Australian market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that meets or exceeds revenue targets
- Build and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market insights
- Negotiate and close deals with key customers, utilizing strategic thinking and effective communication skills
- 10+ years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry, with a strong focus on leadership and team management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, demonstrating exceptional sales acumen and strategic thinking
- Strong network of contacts in the Australian market, enabling effective relationship-building and opportunity identification
- Fluency in board-level storytelling and ability to link strategy to platform ROI, showcasing financial acumen and business savvy
- Street-smart negotiator who can structure creative commercial arrangements, adding value to the organization through innovative deal-making
