Revenue and Data Analysis Role

About the Position

The Trade Data Controller/Billings Specialist will report to the Data Manager and be responsible for:

  • Analyzing data to identify discrepancies and revenue leakage points.
  • Reconciling, validating, and correcting data through analytics to prevent revenue loss.
  • Maintaining and enhancing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to invoicing and revenue generation.
  • Providing excellent customer service in all aspects of the role.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements and changes to increase efficiency.
  • Participating in change management and system upgrades.
The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking an individual with:

  • Experience in a similar revenue/billings/data analyst position.
  • A background in shipping and/or logistics industry (advantageous).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • A drive for process improvement.
