About this Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Carpark Attendant to join our Transport Team. As a Carpark Attendant, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our valued members and guests, while maintaining a watchful eye on our carpark surveillance system.
Job Description:
In this exciting new opportunity, you will be responsible for delivering a safe and efficient carpark experience to all guests who visit our property. You will become an expert in all carpark operating systems, providing assistance and guidance to visitors as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to our valued members and guests
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about carpark operating systems and procedures
- Monitor carpark surveillance systems and report any incidents or issues to management
- Assist visitors with parking-related inquiries and requests
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also have basic computer literacy and be able to learn new software applications quickly.
