In this guest facing desk role you will become an expert in all carpark operating systems, providing exceptional service to our valued members and guests, while maintaining a watchful eye on our carpark surveillance system. Your key focus is to deliver a safe and efficient carpark experience to all guests who visit our property.

**What are we looking for?**
- Exceptional, world-class standards in guest service excellence
- Polished five-star grooming and personal presentation
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word (with ability to learn other systems)
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
- A warm, naturally engaging personality that takes pride in delivering legendary service
