As a **Car Park Attendant** you will become an expert in all carpark operating systems, providing exceptional service to our valued members and guests, while maintaining a watchful eye on our carpark surveillance system. Your key focus is to deliver a safe and efficient carpark experience to all guests who visit our property.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will build memorable connections as one of the first and last interactions our guests will experience.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Handle all carpark queries
- Validate parking tickets for members and guests
- Print and deliver parking tickets to Hotel’s
- Monitor Carpark capacity
- Replenishment and maintenance of ticket terminals

**What are we looking for**:

- Exceptional, world-class standards in guest service excellence
- Polished five-star grooming and personal presentation
- Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word (with ability to learn other systems)
- Flexibility to work across a 24/7 roster
- A warm, naturally engaging personality that takes pride in delivering legendary service
