Poolside Server Job

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Poolside teams as Waitpersons and Bar Attendants.

You will provide joyful dining experiences through your genuine care for guests. Your responsibilities include:

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Leave a lasting impression on our guests by providing attentive and knowledgeable service.
  • Time Management: Manage your time effectively while multitasking to meet guest needs promptly.
  • Menu Knowledge: Show knowledge of our menu and services to enhance the dining experience.

About You:

  • You'll bring Food and Beverage Experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with a Point of Sale System is required.
  • You should be able to Carry a Beverage Tray.
  • Knowledge of RSA Requirements in a licensed venue is necessary.

To be successful, you'll:

  • Hold or be willing to obtain a current RSA Certificate.
  • Have availability to work over the seasonal period, including weekends, public holidays and shifts from 8am - 8pm shifts during weekdays and weekends.

This role requires you to:

  • Work across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, and evening shifts.
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Show a willingness to learn 3 Plate Carry and Tray Service of Drinks.
