Poolside Service Roles

We are seeking energetic individuals to join our vibrant poolside teams as waitpersons and bar attendants.

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that exceed guest expectations.
  • Effectively manage time while multitasking to meet guest needs promptly.
  • Showcase knowledge of menu offerings and services to enhance the dining experience.

About You

  • Experience working in a food and/or beverage environment.
  • Proficiency in using point of sale systems.
  • Ability to carry a beverage tray with confidence.
  • Knowledge of RSA requirements in licensed venues.

To succeed, you'll:

  • Hold or be willing to obtain a current RSA certificate.
  • Availability to work over seasonal periods, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts from 8am - 8pm during weekdays and weekends.

This role requires:

  • Working across a rotating roster of morning, daytime, and evening shifts.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Willingness to learn three plate carry and tray service for drinks.
