Job Title:

A seasoned Product Development Manager is required to drive key strategic initiatives and identify customer pain points.

Working closely with the Product Owner, you will explore potential solutions and help automate processes where possible.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Roadmap & Delivery: Contribute to the product roadmap of deliverables and end-to-end delivery including managing dependencies across teams.
  • Governance & Delivery Lifecycle Experience: Apply your expertise and delivery experience to drive outcomes in partnership with stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Market Research & Analytics: Stay up-to-date on external market trends and identify opportunities for growth, customer breakpoints, and competitive landscape analysis.
  • Risk Management: Proactively manage risks, including regular control checks and issue identification.
  • Digital Customer Experience: Continuously improve the customer experience by reviewing and enhancing features, benefits, and digital interfaces while driving desired business outcomes.
About the Role

You will play a pivotal role in optimising and transforming the credit card experience by modernising the technology stack and adopting a Digital-first mindset.

As part of a bank's squad, you will have the opportunity to work end-to-end, taking ownership of product discovery and delivery.

Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in financial services
  • Credit Cards, Payments Product Management experience is preferred
  • Delivery experience is preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Thought leadership and ability to work autonomously
  • The ability and enthusiasm to act as a change leader in supporting transformational activities
